GuidesForms & registrations

Publish a registration form

Build a form, set its opening window and review incoming responses.

Step by step

  1. Create a form, give it a recognizable name and select the appropriate form type.
  2. Edit its steps and questions. Review required information and question order from the participant’s perspective.
  3. Review opening and closing dates and the form’s publication controls. Open the public form to check what a participant will see.
  4. Copy the public link for distribution. Use the form’s responses view to review submissions after registration opens.

Check your work

The public form displays the intended questions and availability, and submitted responses appear in its responses view.

If something looks wrong

If registration is unavailable, check the form status and opening window. For capacity or waitlist behavior, review the registration rules before changing limits.
